6. The Constitution addresses Presidential succession-- not who leads the party.

3. Great minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events, small minds discuss people.

I'm not sure who said that, but it makes a lot of sense.

5. The idea is what happens if/when Trump's presidency unravels

The people are the possible players in the potential American tragedy: The Downfall of the Donald.

Where do you rank folks who keep asking about the "showers" tape?

Just checking.

8. My posts regarding the Showers videos are intended as reminders that the anti-Trump cult...

...is not above telling intentionally false tales.

11. Just to clarify Speaker Marathon (fast or not?)

Completing a marathon is a major task, so Ryan gets props for that. But running a 4:01:50 is not fast. At 9:14 per mile pace is actually just a hair faster than a jogging pace.

13. Sub-three hours would require running below 7 minutes per mile, which is really good.

He later confessed to not remembering his time at all and made up a time he thought would be reasonable. Which is ca-ca, because anyone who trains long enough for a marathon knows damned well what they ran, at least within an hour.

(I actually got your point from the outset....)
