Yes they actually did set a high temperature record. it exceeded by 1 degree the high temperature reading from 1930

Max Temperature 48 °F 40 °F 68 °F (1930)

7. been unseasonably warm

Up here too..
Rain and melting snow in February is very rare..
even if we don't get a lot of snow.. it's still cold..
had above 0C weather with some rain for a week straight.. melted 3 or 4 feet of snow in my yard..
I'm not complaining.. the sooner the snow goes the better, but it has been an odd winter.. started early.. but seems to be ending early.. kind of like everything was a month off..
