Just booked my next trip (in May)...Paris, Prague, and Vienna. Man, I love business class!
Air France going to Paris:
Austrian Air coming back from Vienna:
I'd never spend the cash out of pocket for business class, but since I have enough miles....why not splurge?

1. Way better than coach.
Fort Worth-based American Airlines has been named Airline of the Year for 2017 by Air Transport World, taking the top honor in the publication’s 43nd annual Airline Industry Achievement Awards.
American (Nasdaq: AAL) was recognized by ATW’s editorial board because of its leadership and employees’ achievements over the past year in integrating American and US Airways. ATW called the integration “practically flawless despite it being the largest, most complex airline merger in history.”
...gets us two round-trip passes, positive space, anywhere AA flies. I think we will go to the south of France this year and stay for a few days at the hotel of one of Agent 99s in-law's by way of her children's father. Perhaps, if we plan well, we will get business or first class seats.

3. I have almost exclusively flown American Airlines.
From my first flight over the Pacific Ocean to Hawaii and back when Dad was in the USAF I have only flown two other carriers. Once on Bahamasair from Nassau to Miami and another ride from Nashville to Cincinnati on Delta where I bought a motorcycle which I rode home following the purchase. Mind you, this was not a deliberate plan to fly one airline, it has just worked out that way especially after I got a job with AA. We fly so many places I want to go it hasn't been necessary for me to hitch a ride with anyone else, yet. Agent 99, on the other hand, has flown on many carriers since she started her career in New York City in the '70s.
