Employer based health care plans are subsidized by the government to the tune of about 250 billion dollars a year. You don't have employer based health care without this subsidy from the government. Don't take my word for it.....google the ESI tax exclusion.

And, obviously medicaid is 100 percent government financed and administered.

Your plan continues to rely on the government to fully finance or partially finance both the employer based plans, and medicaid.

I don't see how this shuts the government out of health care.
