Mueller Thinks Paul Manafort Shared Trump Polling Data With Russian Operative

WASHINGTON ― Attorneys for former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort accidentally revealed in a court filing Tuesday that the special counsel team led by Robert Mueller has alleged their client lied about sharing polling data with a Russian operative.

Manafort’s lawyers ― in a poorly redacted court filing responding to the special counsel’s claim that Manafort broke his September 2018 plea agreement by lying to investigators ― inadvertently revealed that Mueller’s team alleged that “Manafort lied about sharing polling data with related to the 2016 presidential campaign.”

Kilimnik, who worked closely with Manafort, is believed to have close ties to Russian intelligence.

9. Again Polling data is not a national secret so sharing it with anyone is NOT a crime

IF you perjure yourself when giving testimony it is a crime

As to conspiracy that is still not proved as an element

Note the Operative phrase "Mueller Thinks"

He hasnt proved it

12. Sharing polling data with the Russians might have amounted to criminal conspiracy.

Particularly if Manafort had shared privileged information with the intention of helping them in their campaign against us. And conspiracy, BTW, is pretty much the same thing as collusion.

You wanted to know where the crime was. I told you where I thought it could be.

11. Next we will hear Mueller is charging someone for lying to the feds about jaywalking. ...

and has video evidence proving they did jaywalk.

We will also find out that the legal fees for Mueller’s target have bankrupted him and he has had to sell his house and his mother’s house.

The lesson to be learned here is if you associate with or work for Trump you will be punished.

15. More like he is charged for seeing someone cross the street

and when asked it was a legal crossing said "I think so."

Then later when there is a video of the jaywalking saying "AH HA! You said it was legal -- LIAR!!!"

16. Mueller and his investigation is the proof that we have two different rules of law. ...

One rule for the Swamp insiders like Hillary and her Clinton Machine and another one for the little people like you and me and the political outsiders like Trump and those who dare associate with or work for him.

We have also seen undeniable proof that our liberal media is worthless, incompetent and perhaps even corrupt. It has degenerated into a propaganda machine for the Democratic Party much like “Pravda” was for the Communist Party of the USSR.

14. Which is not a crime

-- they are saying he lied to investigators somewhere along the way.

And this has zero implications for President Trump.

13. Two points

It's polling data, we have no idea if it has anything to do with Trump. I suspect its data from the time he was working to get that Russian guy elected in Ukraine.

And there is no date associated with this.

Also how absurd, the internet doesn't work in Russia. That's all anybody could talk about was all the polling data.

Why would he provide presidential polling data when it's easily available?
