1. doesn't surprise me.
After I saw the dude that hooked his gun up to the drone and could fire it, I figured some nut would try to fly a drone around shooting people. Hasn't happened yet, but explosives are a whole other animal.

2. Well one would assume it is most likely a heavier load

3. yeah. depends on the type of drone I suppose.
Some can lift a lot, as far as explosives go and what type they are makes a difference too.
