Warden at prison where Epstein died is temporarily reassigned and staffers placed on leave

Washington(CNN) The top official at the New York prison that had housed Jeffrey Epstein before his apparent suicide is being moved temporarily as the FBI and the Justice Department's inspector general investigate the circumstances of the death.

Two employees at the Metropolitan Correctional Center who had been assigned to Epstein's unit are also being placed on administrative leave, Justice Department spokeswoman Kerri Kupec said, adding that "additional actions may be taken as the circumstances warrant.

The moves, which were directed by Attorney General William Barr, come one day after Barr said there were "serious irregularities" at the New York prison and that he was "appalled" and "angry" to learn of the facility's "failure to adequately secure this prisoner."

The warden, Lamine N'diaye, will be moved to a Bureau of Prisons regional office and will be replaced by James Petrucci, the warden of the federal prison in Otisville, New York.

A picture of dysfunction in the unit where Epstein was held as he faced new charges of sex trafficking has emerged since his death over the weekend.

At least one of the two employees on duty in Epstein's unit at the time was not part of the regular detention workforce but was filling in as a guard, and Epstein had not been checked on for hours before his apparent hanging, according to a person briefed on the matter. Guards are supposed to check on an inmate in the facility's special housing unit, where Epstein was, every 30 minutes.

I’m not making any guesses, predictions, or prognostications on this one. I can’t even begin to guess what the final ‘verdict’ on this one will be.

1. Nothing to see here

** Epstein said he was considering cooperating in “naming names” in his international sex ring

** He was found unconscious in his prison cell just three weeks earlier

** Two days prior to his death documents released for the first time implicated several top Democrats in his pedo sex ring

** He was taken off suicide watch after a failed attempt just two weeks earlier

** He was in isolation

** The cameras malfunctioned

** The prison guards had worked several extra shifts last week

** One prison guard on his floor was not even a certified guard

** The prison guards “forgot” to check on Epstein

** The guards did not check Epstein for several hours

** There were reports of screaming the morning Epstein died

** Epstein said he was the victim of attempted murder three weeks ago

** Epstein had dirt on numerous globalist elites

** Epstein had sheets in his cell to hang himself

** Epstein was not suicidal according to medical professionals

2. The Warden at the facility is a middle aged black woman.

No wonder they are keeping her photo out of the media.

If it would have been some white dude, his photo would have been plastered all ovr the MSM from day one.

3. I think a lot of people aren't going to believe the final "verdict"

Too many people on both sides have invested too much of themselves into believing that their political enemies had Epstein murdered.

It is entirely possible and even likely Epstein killed himself, consider the possibility of the following being true:
Epstein knew what evidence the prosecutors had against him
The prosecutors were NOT offering a plea deal
The prosecutors were going to try for a maximum sentence, meaning Epstein would die in prison
Epstein realized he was going to spend the rest of his life in a small jail cell in in a high security prison
Epstein was aware of how child molesters are treated in prison
Epstein has no living family aside from a brother

Given the above, is it unreasonable to think Epstein committed suicide?

6. 1. it's entirely possible he committed suicide.2. it is equally possible he was murdered. 3. it is

not impossible that he is now hidden in a witness protection program.

Given the massive opportunity presented:
1. the cameras were either turned off or not working
2. his (required by his status) cellmate was removed ahead of time
3. the guards -- who due to the small size and layout of the jail building -- could see into almost every cell without leaving their station -- "forgot" to do his 30 minute checks for several hours, and
4. the guard on duty did not normally work as a guard

And the massive motive:
1. dozens of highly powerful elitists in his black book wanted him silenced to save themselves
2. heads of state who weren't personally implicated probably wanted him silenced to save their countries' huge embarrassment or worse
3. child abusers don't fare well in mixed populations

Options 2 and 3 get a huge boost in credibility.

There's a saying in the military. If one thing happens, it's happenstance. 2 things is coincidence. 3 times is enemy action.
