1. There are liberal solutions.

We can tax planes more to take off during air strikes.
We can make it illegal to fly during air strikes.
We can ban flying altogether and save the planet it’s a win win!

4. i do have a few recommendations

airlines can fly around active war zones. it may take a little longer and cost a little more fuel, but, hey, its your airplane.

airplanes should insure that their communications, including iff, are operational and accurate. make sure that everyone on or near their course knows exactly who they are and where they are going.

ua 93 9/11/2001. shot down over Pennsylvania
