I was almost embarassed for Donald Trump after the debate.

I think he twitched, blinked and head jerked about 15,382 times last night. He looked tired, confused, and far older than his claimed age of 70.

He was caught out in his numerous lies by Clinton, Holt, and the laughter of an audience that ignored the rules when Don the Con insisted on repeating the lies that go over so well at his rallies. And he looked angry and confused by the laughter.

And by the final 30 minutes, he was probably very tired from the many times he interrupted Clinton because his answers became more rambling and disjointed.

He seems to feel that slogans are a substitute for real plans. Loved when Clinton called out his "Trumped up, trickle down economics" that would massively benefit him even as it would harm his supporters.

All in all, the Donnie was his usual racist, misogynistic, lying, ignorant self.

Oh yes, loved the part about Clinton fighting ISIS fro 30 years. Donnie is the Sarah Palin of old white men.

2. Your gun misfired

and you shot yourself right in the foot.

Don the Con sets a very high bar for corruption. So either you are ignoring his entire business/life history or are in the grip of acute "Clinton derangement syndrome".

Get help, CDS is curable.

4. And he was the best of their group!!!!!!!!!!!

The GOP candidates were the biggest bunch of political and business failures ever. 2 business candidates who specialized in losing money, a few failed Governors who would not run for reelection, a lunatic who happens to be a surgeon, a couple of Senators from the lunatic fringe of the GOP.

Sad indeed.

27. Really...this is going to go bad for you...

2 business candidates....which of the 2 lost money?
"A few failed Governors".....failed HOW. You can source the failure I'm sure.
"a lunatic.."...actually a pediatric surgeon....one of the most respected in the country..
Actually several Senators...Paul, Rubio, Cruz, Graham...etc
Not a bright post sparky

28. Keep reaching. But you need longer arms.

Both business candidates lost money. Carly Failureina nearly bankrupted HP before she was fired. Don the Con declared bankruptcy 6 timers after Daddy gave him a 14 million start up.

Jindahl and Christie are both failed governors who left their states in bad shape.

The surgeon might be good at surgery, but he was a lunatic politically.

Paul is a Libertarian loonie, Rubio is owned by Florida real estate people who also made him rich, Cruz is flat out nuts, a man who shut down the government and cost the taxpayers money, as well as a phony who would never back Trump. We know how that went. Graham is a non-entity who functioned as McCain's shadow.

Your fantasy history makes for great articles at Breitbart, but in the real world it fails.

6. Agreed. But being a lying jackass is par for the course for a rich boy who was given

everything by daddy and still declared bankruptcy 6 times or so.

He is a caricature of the old racist clown who embarrasses himself at the family gathering.

11. Another factor:

Stamina.

Trump complained about the two hour length of the Republican debates being too long.

That was about the time that Hillary Clinton stood up quite well to an eleven hour grilling by a congressional committee.

Among other things the debate showed that Hillary Clinton can stay on focus better and longer. Trump can't stay on topic long.

Trump is best at rallies because he can't be asked questions. He just mouths his slogans and the marks in his audience go wild and beg to be taken advantage of.

masochistic politics 101. beat me big daddy Don and steal my money.

20. No, the Con man attempted to confuse listeners.

Sometimes he succeeds. Like he tried to double down on his birther lie by claiming Clinton started the birther issue.

Or his supposed opposition to the Iraq War by citing a private conversation he claimed to have with Hannity.

But let's make it more reasonable. Why isn't she at least 20 points ahead by now. After all, according the the left, he's either little Hitler, or a complete buffoon. Yet, *your* candidate can only tie him. What does that say about her?

He looked like he hadn't slept in about three days---puffy-eyed, slack-jawed, as if that "sniffles" problem was getting worse. You right-wingers ought to be worried about whether he has the stamina to see it through to the end.....
