Not so fast

I don't think his letter changes the political calculus here.

The big reason the first review took so long, was the FBI doesn't make decisions about whether the email is classified. They have to refer it to the proper agency.

This is one of the major points the left was screaming about, this is so unfair the FBI can't complete their review before the election, it will take months to exonerate her. This (the email) will be hanging over her head unfairly.

Let's say (and I have no real idea) only 5,000 emails needed to be reviewed by various agencies to determine if they were sensitive or not. Couldn't be done in 9 days.

Point is HRC's believers are satisfied. Anti HRC folks wont believe this was conducted in an honest and forthright manner. Nothing has really changed.

Well you guys said we were slinking and wouldn't respond.

1. Give It Up - It's Over

The smears didn't stick.

There's no "there" there.

3. Please

I'm not smearing anyone.

Just stating my opinion, that his letter wont sway the election.

Disagree if you like,, but don't label it a smear.

2. Mostly duplicates and personal emails.

Duplicates would have already been checked for classification.

Apparently not many needed vetting.

4. Provably true

Let's say it was only 500, do you believe they could have been vetted that quickly?

7. They had a program to look or duplicates

Another one to look for key words. That's what I've been told.

10. The reporter who covers this for NBC

said he thought it might be 1 or 2 pieces of classified information. This is o-v-e-r.
