This decision impacts New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Puerto Rico.

Funny. New York is not mentioned.

This is why hundreds of people are posting their ballots online and nobody is being prosecuted. There's precedent, now.

6. Not Really -Circuit Courts of Appeal Disagree on Many Issues

the extent and sharpness of the disagreement among Circuits is one of the factors considered by the SCOTUS in deciding whether to grant a writ of certiorari

ex. 9th Circuit and 5th Circuit would rarely agree and you need to be careful about citing caselaw from a disfavored Circuit
