SOME ELECTRONICS TO BE BANNED ON SOME US-BOUND FLIGHTS

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Royal Jordanian Airlines is advising passengers that laptops, iPads, cameras and other electronics won't be allowed in carry-on luggage for U.S.-bound flights starting Tuesday.

The airline says in a tweet that cellphones and medical devices are excluded from the ban. Everything else, the airline says, will need to be packed in checked luggage.

The U.S. Homeland Security Department is declining to comment.

It was unclear Monday how long the ban will be in place or what prompted it.

1. F*ck that Sh*t

Putting your electronics in your checked luggage is just begging for them to be stolen.

Making America Great Again, one stolen laptop at a time.

If this turns out to be true, I see another 5 point drop in Trump's approval ratings in the near future.

3. I quit flying a long time ago.

I'm very glad, too. Trains and driving get me there nearly as fast these days and no one paws at me or my stuff or even cares much about where I'm going. I highly recommend ground travel.

5. That, and...

if you're on the ground you can't fall 35,000 feet out of the sky.

I like traveling by train. You get to see a lot more of the scenery, and you can walk around the whole time if you want.

Trains are cool. Just wondering how long it'll be before even that mode of transportation becomes a major hassle.

6. Trains only needs to hold out a couple of years as far as I'm concerned.

After that, I won't have anywhere I need to be other than home, anyway.
