I would support a declaration of war against NK

Unlike all these dipshit Arab countries, NK makes actual aggressive moves towards a country we are sworn to defend - Japan. Yes we can all laugh at the failed launches with their Soviet technology. But we shouldn't wait until they figure it out. The intent is there whether or not a launch fails. That to me is enough for a declaration of war.

6. All good questions

Especially the last.

Will China even allow Reunification.
This isn't the DDR and a crumbling CCCP we are talking about here.

3. Technically it isn't needed.

There was never a treaty between governments ending the war. Just an armistice. Officially we and South Korea are still in armed conflict with North Korea. It's merely been what has to be the longest cease-fire (with occasional flare ups) in history.

7. Very true. No declaration of war is necessary. Technically, we are still at war, with a cease fire

12. We never declared war...

It was a UN action that we participated in. Ran, actually.

North and South Korea were at war and we ran what Truman called a "police action." They don't have a treaty-- we're just still standing by.

It would be tough to justify a US action against NK unless they attack first. But, when has that stopped us lately?

8. Intent? My how times have changed. You must be a fan of the

Wolfowitz Doctrine.

I say no war unless attacked....which I'm certain
the powers that be could arrange.

Soros to see if he'll fund the war.

Lobbing=intent=act of war I get it.

9. Of course you do. War is the answer to everything international.

The answer to everything domestic is more guns and fewer regulations.

Because Jesus.

You aren't in range of thier artillery pieces.

And it makes you feel tough. Sounds like a no-brainer.

20. What's your problem dude?

This was alerted on, and I was just on the jury for it. Voted to hide it, but I guess the other jurors didn't agree.

If you're going to start a controversial topic, then at least accept the fact that not everyone is going to agree with you.

If you can't argue or debate or discuss something, telling someone to "fuck off" only makes you look like a fool.

Maybe both of "fuck off" remarks were alerted on and neither one got enough votes to hide.
