Lindsay Graham calls Special Counsel " a Criminal Investigation ".

He almost sounds positively gleeful.

` Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said Thursday that the investigation into alleged ties between the Trump campaign and Russia appears to be a criminal investigation.

"It seems to me now to be considered a criminal investigation," Graham told reporters.

Graham's remarks came shortly after the Senate met with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who appointed former FBI Director Robert Mueller as special counsel on the Russia investigation Wednesday.`

1. Well it is, that doesn't mean evidence will be found to charge Trump though

2. True, but it's not just about Trump.

Sounds as if Flynn will be needing a pardon.

10. If Trump is incoherent or mentally incompetant I doubt they can charge

him criminally.

They could impeach him for mental incapacity.

6. As far as I'm concerned

Linda and McCain can get together and practice their fellating skills on each other.

And this from someone on the right. Those two should just change party affiliation and be done with it.

11. Remember how Al Capone was finally nabbed?

In this case things like money laundering will lead to prison for many.

The espionage is real, but more difficult to prosecute for various reasons (not wanting to give up sources and methods as well as foreign surveillance being key).
