Trump damaged the country badly and may have wrecked the NFL.

Trump had to open his big mouth and barf in the car again.

Kaepernick is right to fight oppression, just wrong in the way he went about it. I am fine with him not playing if he won't stand for the anthem. His approach is wrong. He is setting back a good cause despite both courage and good intentions.

Trump, on the other hand, may have damaged the country and wrecked the NFL. He could have just said he understood Kaepernick's concerns but that he thought Kaepernick should stand for the anthem. Trump could have explained why Kaepernick should stand for the anthem and that his doing so would actually help heal wounds and score points for his cause.

Not Trump. What an asshole.

3. Typical Swifty thinking.

Well, hell, typical leftie thinking. Blame Trump instead of the NFL owners, Kaepernick, and BLM who are the ones who have allowed SJW politics to infect yet another form of entertainment in America.

I am glad Trump called the bitches out. Get them off the field, get them off the teams if they can't just fucking play the game, and betcha fans will return just fine.

The only assholes here are Kaepernick and his kind. Yeah, I really need his privileged stupid young ass backing my 'cause'.

4. What the Orange Clown doesn't grasp

is that it clearly a free speech issue. He as PROTUS, sworn to defend the constitution of the United States, has an obligation to support Kaepernick's freedom of speech.

9. Screw that.

Funny Kaepernick didn't do this on Obama's watch when the whole cop thing seemed way worse.

It's his Trump tantrum and we all know it.

11. That's factually incorrect

Obama was PROTUS less than 10 months ago and Kaepernick's protest started well before that. Check your facts before spouting your own silly tantrum.

12. Not when it is does not involve the government

Private companies can do as they please.

Kapernick is an ass who thought a great deal more of this talents than others did. An object lesson in the results of hubris.

24. The owners can do what they please

They fine players outside of the legal system and take other disciplinary actions. Their companies, their call

14. Nope

No first amendment issue. The company I used to work, banned all forms of political expression at work. Private company, they can do what they want.

17. Technically standing for the Anthem is a form of political expression

but I realize that first amendment issues and freedom of speech are lost on you folks. Furthermore, I guess you failed to notice that the NFL commissioner condemned the Orange fools tweets.

18. Did he ever say that Kaperdick doesn't have the right to protest? No, he didn't.

I always told my own kids "you can do anything you want, but just be prepared for the consequences."

Freedom of speech is not absolute.

7. Trump did not bring politics onto the pro football fields, this is a false and dishonest argument.

The pretext of the question is a bold faced lie.

Trump just held them accountable for their own actions. If people don't watch the games and will not support advertisers products then Pro Football will suffer because of the players actions and the public response to their actions.

Trying to hook this to Trump is a dishonest argument. It is a lie.

10. "Kaepernick is right to fight oppression"

There is no oppression. We have coddled their asses for the past 50 years.

They are too damned stupid to help themselves.

Literally....they are too stupid. The social experiment has failed.
