Judge Napolitano: Clinton's Claims on Weinstein Money Not 'Accurate'

By Sandy Fitzgerald | Thursday, 12 Oct 2017 10:58 AM

Judge Andrew Napolitano Thursday dismissed former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's claims that there is not anybody to return donations she received from disgraced movie producer Harvey Weinstein as not being "accurate."

"If she's talking about cash he 'bundled,' where he had a party and people came to the party and they each gave the max and handed the checks to her, there's a paper trail of all of that," the Fox News political analyst told the "Fox and Friends" program.

"If he gave money to the Democratic National Committee, there's a paper trail on that. So there certainly is a person or entity to which the money can be given back."

Clinton told CNN's Fareed Zakaria that she donates 10 percent yearly to charity, and most likely, the Weinstein donations would go toward that.

However, Napolitano asked if that means she'll give the donations to the Clinton Foundation.
