OPRAH 2020

#OPRAH2020

How cool would that be!
Perhaps she would get up to 87% of the vote
don's 13% core voters of course will always be his

Oprah / Michelle Obama or
How about Oprah/Kamala Harris or Oprah/ Deval or Oprah/Booker or Oprah/Gillibrand
or Oprah/Sheryl or Oprah/Cecile or Oprah/Doug Jones

or perhaps Oprah/Dana Gresham might be the perfect ticket

that's my opinion.

Trump is bringing our greatness back, I'd hate to see that lost again.

for that reason alone.

Although she would definitely garner more votes in 2020 than Comrade Sandersky.

How about Maxine Waters and Frederica Wilson? Both have years of experience in government operations and could hit the ground running. What a team! Your dreams come true!

9. I will cut and paste what I posted at another site as my response here

Just heard on the "news" after her speech at the golden globes last night people are saying she sounded presidential (the "news" is creating the first ripples in the narrative pond).

I think she's a black militant bitch who needs to be nowhere near 1600 Pennsylvania ave.

But she'll get an immediate block of votes from the usual suspects on the left meaning all she'll have to do is siphon off a few of the more gullible on the right and it's possible she'd have a chance.

Of course, if we were to move to a system of only allowing taxpayers to vote, a whole lot of our problems would go away within one or two elections. Allowing welfare recipiants to vote for the people who would give them pay raises makes no sense.

Giving votes to corporate welfare recipients who would vote for those to give them pay raises (cut their taxes) also make no sense?

15. "Corporate welfare"

There's no such thing. Letting a business keep more of what is already it's own property is not welfare, it is less theft from the government.

wealth, all property of any kind, is owned by the State, and taxes are just the means by which the State gets back some of its own wealth that has been misappropriated by the people.

Your comment would be just stupid and untrue. When my federally withheld taxes are used to subsidize corporations, that dumbass is welfare. How can Americans stop being exploited when some people won’t even admit their pants are down around their ankles.smh.

33. Not giving away money for socialist goals

He was giving away the money to subsidize an otherwise non-profitable business to pursue his "lofty goals".

Socialism is gummint ownership of the means of production.

What Obummer was doing is "crony capitalism" which is corporate welfare.

For the rest of us, allowing a productive political/econimic entity to retain some of what it has produced is not welfare.

She couldn't handle the scrutiny. But she would get many women votes. She would sweep the AA vote. She would probably need a white vp.

Oprah/Dr Phil, Oprah/Jerry Springer

I always liked Oprah, but her spirituality is too new agey and weird. Her speech was great, and feel goodie.

Nobody can beat Trump. The Democrats are trying their best to stop the boom, but the tax cuts should overpower them. I wonder what Oprah's economic plan is? I could see her going full sjw and carrying forth obamas dream of men in bathrooms with little girls.

She will never run and never win.

Oprah is the second to last person (Trump being the last) who should be president.

The woman is the world's most gullible (either that or complicit) mark for hucksters and frauds. Dr. Phil? Dr. Oz?

The Secret? You want someone running the country who promotes THE SECRET?

37. Oprah got America to read. That alone is a wonderful thing.

Oprah unlike trump readily admits it takes a community
That is a wonderful thing as no one gets there by themselves. (imho)

Oprah has been a civil rights leader. A woman's leader.

I am one who believes Dr. King would have run for office himself in future years, perhaps with Jimmy Carter in 1976 or 1980 and the ran for the Presidency after that. (That of course is my opinion. Like Mandela.

An interesting what if

I think, aside from Michelle Obama running, this is the most exciting news one could have.

Also, at the convention, which I hope will be early in 2020, both Bernie and Hillary (should they not be on the ticket) need a prime speaking spot. And everyone works an area of the country and all 50 states put in play.

the outcome of Alabama with Doug Jones can be replicated nationwide and throughout the south.

As for expericence, some of the other choices I read about in comments of articlesand on DU
are total unknowns and in the past, some choices the far left wanted were horrible choices IMHO
(Like Edwards from day one, long before his sex scandal) thinking he was the JFK
(there was one JFK, there was one Bobby, there was one LBJ, there was one Lincoln, one Obama
there is one Oprah.

this is my opinion(s)

42. What is her plan for:

1: The denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and the eventual collapse for the Kim Regime?
1a: What is her plan to rapidly secure NK's nuclear weapons in the event of sudden collapse?

2: How does she propose confronting China and it's play for control of the South China Sea in a manner that will comfort our allies in the region?

3: What assurances can she give to our NATO partners, particularly the Baltics, that they will be defended from Russian territorial ambitions?

4: How does she plan to confront Venezuela in a way that will bring them back into the fold of Latin American Nations?

5: What is her Naval and Air Force plans to keep the Gulf of Arabia and the Straits of Hormuz free to international navigation and free of Iranian dominance?

6: What is her plan to manage international currency markets in the face of a rising Yuan?

7: What will she do with interest rates to prevent both inflationary and deflationary spirals?

Giving the appearance of being all touchy-feely has no bearing on running the country whatsoever. In fact, personality and demeanor are virtually the least important qualities in a President.

The issues I mentioned are some of the most important ones facing the Nation and the World. All that domestic cultural crap are literal distractions from things that really matter and are not the business of the President or government.
