So if Carrier moves more jobs to Mexico, it can buy cheaper steel?

In addition to cheaper labor?

Why wouldn't any company who makes things made out of steel or aluminum just move production out of the United States?

Wouldn't this Republican tariff on steel and aluminum actually give a boost to foreign airplane manufacturers including China?

1. Perhaps we should wait and see how this plays out. ...

When Trump was elected many of the “experts” said the stock market would crash.

Trump may just end up leveling the playing field and allowing our nation to compete fairly in foreign markets.

3. Or prompt a major recession so he can buy up foreclosed property really cheap

and later turn a profit?

Isn't he on record cheerleading the last recession for just that cause?

9. That's Jared's hustle

He owns thousands of units in distressed communities. And that does NOT make him a slumlord so don't even think it.

10. Trump bragged of how he made a killing with the great recession too. On tablet

but I know I can find his quote once I shift over to the foreign desk and it's superior search capabilities. (thanks Vlad )

2. Look at em, guys...

He's praying every day a bunch of Americans lose their jobs so he can laugh about it.
Look at em... pretty damned disturbing seeing that we still allow these America-haters to vote.

8. Absolutely

No tariffs for shipping into Mexico. This shotgun approach to metal tariffs is dumb. There are already dumping fees attached to many countries and harmonic codes.
