1. society...

...has a right to protect and defend itself...society has a right to pass laws to that end...

...the Constitution only means what the Supreme Court currently says it means...you only have Constitutional rights to the extent the Supreme Courts says you have Constitutional rights...

...if you, or we, can no longer guarantee the safety and wellbeing of our children in schools because of guns, then things are going to tighten-up for you and your guns...

...the safety and wellbeing of our children will ultimately trump your right to play with inanimate objects like guns...challenge some gun laws, I'll bet the Supreme Court will ultimately agree...

...

Spoken like a good subject.

I am amazed how backwards you have the entire idea of this country. Fucking disgusting how wrong you are on America.

Sow that wind , sow it well.

3. need a lesson in constitutional law and the Enlightenment

...has a right to protect and defend itself...society has a right to pass laws to that end... There is no such thing as group rights. All rights are individual rights. The right to defend and protect your self is an individual right. Weapons laws throughout history have never been meant to defend or protect (outside of the oligarchy) but only to oppress.

...the Constitution only means what the Supreme Court currently says it means...you only have Constitutional rights to the extent the Supreme Courts says you have Constitutional rights... Unfortunately, that is how it works in reality. However, the BoR is a limit on government, not giving anything to the individual (since all individual rights are given by nature.)

...if you, or we, can no longer guarantee the safety and wellbeing of our children in schools because of guns, then things are going to tighten-up for you and your guns... You can ban all of the guns in the world, nothing will change. China has a worse problem than we do when it comes to school attacks. Some attacks are terrorism like Isreal, girls schools in Pakistan, etc.

...the safety and wellbeing our of children will ultimately trump your right to play with inanimate objects like guns...challenge some gun laws, I'll bet the Supreme Court ultimately will agree... Only to left-wing crackpots and ideologues like RBG. We have half as many today than 20 years ago, and we have fewer mass shootings than 11 European countries per capita.

One of the students is suing the school district and the BCSO. He might have a chance because of the Promise Project, which is not to prosecute minor criminals (which is why Cruz was able to slide on his previous felonies). However, I doubt he will win against the BCSO since federal and SCOTUS have ruled that the police have no legal obligation to protect you or come to your rescue.
