An analysis of Hilary's junk.

I'm so intelligent, I can criticize without laughing at a fall.

So, for those who don't know, elitist Hilary said white women vote the way their husbands do.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2018/03/13/like-it-or-not-studies-suggest-that-clinton-may-not-be-wrong-on-white-women-voting-like-their-husbands/?utm_term=.be1dcd094248

So, here's an analysis.

Clinton has made comments like these before and has been criticized for them because they appear to place the blame for her loss on white women’s inability to think independently about their vote. But there are studies that show that how white women vote, especially those who are married, is highly influenced by the politics of their husbands.

Oregon State University assistant professor Kelsy Kretschmer co-wrote a study examining women’s voting patterns. “We know white men are more conservative, so when you’re married to a white man you get a lot more pressure to vote consistent with that ideology,” she told the Guardian last year.

This and other studies also show that other factors influence why white women vote for conservative politicians. White women are much more likely to be married than women of other demographic groups. And married women are more likely to support traditional values, both culturally and economically.

Here's my question. Do African-American women vote that much different than their husbands? What about Asians? People get together because they have something in common. It's usually stuff like religion, politics, or something else of major importance. Opposites attract doesn't usually last.

This isn't rocket science.

It doesn't mean women can't think independently of their husbands. It's a private ballot anyway. I'm friends with a Trump supporter whose husband voted for Clinton. I don't think *he* encouraged her vote.

3. Misinterpretation of co-authors statement

This quote from the co-author of the study makes clear their votes are economic self-interest. They depend on their husband's income, and therefore vote to protect that income.

She states outright that what they don't do is vote to protect *all* women; just themselves. What it really tells you is the mythical "sisterhood" is just that. A myth. There's nothing in her statement to suggest any sort of coersion involved.

“Just being married makes women more conservative in their vote choice,” said Kretschmer.

The bottom line is quite literally economic, rather than ideological.

“Women consistently earn less money and hold less power, which fosters women’s economic dependency on men,” Kretschmer and her co-authors write in their study. “Thus, it is within married women’s interests to support policies and politicians who protect their husbands and improve their status.”

In fact, since men are the primary breadwinners in the vast majority of American families, their wives may well see equality-focused measures as setting their husbands – and therefore their family – back.

6. Horse manure!

I do not know of any divorces that occurred because a white woman defied her husband and voted differently.

that is such a fallacy!

4. I am certainly influenced by my wife ... and did not vote for Clinton. nt

Why would Hillary not think women intelligent enough to be an influence on their spouses?

5. Because it cant possibly be HER fault she

lost now, can it?

Look at what a shining example of truth, honesty, and ethics the old Creature is. How can her loss be a reflection of how hated she is? Nothing is ever her fault. Hasn’t everyone caught on by now?

She was hated even BEFORE the primary took off. Even Trump didn’t have as big an unfavorable rating as she had. Damn close though. But you know what they say about close. Only counts in horseshoes, hand grenades, and (in the past) drive-in movies.

But it can’t be because of anything to do with her dammit!!! /s
