1. I have posted here before that it is only a matter of time before SCOTUS gets sick of lower courts

way overstepping any legal reasoning in judgements.

2. That time appears to have come.

And the most recent attempt by a district court judge to over-rule Trump on funding Sanctuary Cities might prove to be the whooper at SCOTUS on this important issue.

3. I forget now the issue but there was a ruling earlier this year that all but said the reason for it

was their hatred for Trump.

It is time.

4. Only one issue?

Hell I imagine there were several. Sotomayer's dissent on the Travel Ban was nothing but partisan hatred and emotionalism against Trump. She mentioned Trump by name numerous times which is rather unprecedented.

7. And yet another Federal judge just did this in Kentucky

with regards to the state and HHS imposing work requirements on Medicaid beneficiaries.

This is going to come to a head very quickly.

13. Looked it up and while I did not see the actual ruling the reporting on it was that the judge

cited no actual law but that he did not think it was a nice thing to do.

15. Yup,

this is the Oedipal Mommy syndrome and it has infected leftists/liberals everywhere from the Catholic Church (who am I to judge?) to judges (this isn't a nice thing to do to people).

We are fast becoming a lawless people.

6. Additionally, the lower court judges...

...included campaign rhetoric as a valid reason to block President Trump. And Twitter chatter. Pure horse hockey.

10. The NYT had the balls to criticize

the ruling as being too 'legalistic'.

8. You showed real restraint in your OP. I would have been tempted to editorialize by saying

"Clarence Thomas Curb Stomps Derek Watson."

I am trying to be more civil, but that would have been hard to resist.

11. Admittedly it is harder and harder to show

restraint with these over-emotional nitwits on the left.

But if you are too uncivil, you get hides here from the hypocrites.

12. I am gonna try to tone it down regardless.

Trying to match the bat-shittery on the left is not a winning personal or political strategy.

not getting angry and frustrated at incivility, violence, childish emotionalism, lies, and bullshit.
