Settled Law

I have to wonder, if the USSC were to reverse Roe v Wade sending the issue back to the states would the left accept that as "settled law?"

1. The same way they accept Heller and McDonald as settled law

It’s only settled until lefty can get one more vote.

2. I don't know

Has the Right accepted it as settled law since 1973?

4. Generally no they haven't

which would remain entirely consistent if they still didn't claim it to be so. That really isn't a term used by the right. They focus on constitutionality of laws. My question is would the left who actually makes that claim accept it as such?

3. culture war

none of these culture war issues is ever "settled law." hms beagle sailed almosr 200 years ago.

abortion is too important to the parties' fundraising to ever be "settled."

5. They don't accept Heller and MacDonald as settled law.

They sued Arizona over SB1070 to affirm the right of the president to set immigration policy, then set up sanctuaries as soon as they were no longer in charge.
