7. Cuz it ain't my problem and it ain't the posters problem unless he/she lives in NYC

However, now that you’ve jumped in, I, at least, have lived in Manhattan (and paid taxes there) for four years. How about you, Chuckie? What’s the tax rate in Paducah?

That's even more worthless than the rest of the nonsense you scold about.

12. Yep, from 2003-2007. When did you live there Chuckie?

As stated, i don’t have a problem with NYC’s internal decisions. I’m not sure why you do, unless you live there.

What’s your tax burden in Paducah?

13. You don't live there. You don't live in America and you're constantly yammering about that.

You don't live there now. You don't pay taxes there now.

What you do is run around like a busy body feeb making up rules to play internet scold.

As for your ridiculous "Paducah" nonsense: I'm not even sure why you think that means something. Is that supposed to embarrass me into quitting the thread?

"Oh no! He's intently interrogating me about a place with a small population and a whimsical sounding name!"

That's a scorcher right there.

Accusing me of living in a place I've never lived in? Damning stuff that.

It makes you look even more foolish.

Bitch about orange beach towels next.

17. Tsk, tsk, Chuckie. So much pent up hostility

Have you ever considered yoga?

Let me understand your argument. Because I do not currently live in NYC, I have no right to comment on the taxes in NYC. Yet, multiple other posters including the OP, and many of whom we know do not live in NYC, are free to comment. This is particularly ironic as my comment was of the order “it’s the residents problem because I (and we) don’t live there.” Oh Chuckie. Applying more of that cool, rational logic of yours?

As to the Paducah reference, I simply thought you would be at least familiar with the place. After all, the National Quilt Museum is there. You like quilts, don’t you Chuckie?

"Let me understand your argument. Because I do not currently live in NYC, I have no right to comment on the taxes in NYC."

You are as free to comment as they are.

They are as free to comment as you are.

See how that works?

You're the one inventing arbitrary rules to cover for the fact you are stuck in yet another mistake of your own making.

Your nonsensical Paducah shtick makes you look dumber than usual. Tell how that is supposed to be a "Gotcha!" I'm simply aching with curiosity.

21. ...You are as free to comment as they are...

I did. And my comment was:

“Ah well. Unless you live in NYC, it ain't your problem, is it?”

A valid observation. As to making “arbitrary rules,” who died and made me Yahweh? I don’t make any kind of rules around here and have never been under the delusion that I do (unlike some others). Simply a valid observation.

As to Paducah, I simply thought you might have season tickets to the National Quilt Museum. Wouldn’t want to miss this year’s spring quilts exhibit.

25. I would never say that posters were not allowed to comment. That would be no fun.

I simply asked that if a poster had no skin in the game (taxes), why should he/she care. I remember a thread recently that said the same thing about Canadians commenting on US politics.

Now, let’s get back to our game.

“Yes, it is.”

Your turn Chuckie.

27. I dont remember, but I dont think so (could be wrong)

Just as the OP in this thread didn’t make the claim that people who don’t pay NYC taxes have no skin in the game. There are all kinds of distractions and all kinds of gotchas, Little Chuckie.

Now, come back and play...

“Yes, it is.”

...

Can I come over to your clubhouse and play?

28. You act like a fool and post smilies as if that makes you win.

Nope.

You just look like a fool. How many times have you embarrassed yourself in the last few days? Claiming people said things they didn't, failing basic reading comprehension.

And all you can do is repost the same, tired comic book hoping desperately you'll win - something.

Nope. I enjoy showing you for the fool you are.

You're right. Let's keep this going.

29. Let's do, Little Chuckie

Other than saying “you’re a fool” and “you can’t read,” whatcha got?

Maybe some insights from those half a dozen or so “fictional books” you’ve read in your life? Perhaps some lessons about hubris as exemplified in the fall of Dr. Richard Diver? Maybe lessons to be learned from the hopelessness of Jake Barnes (Wouldn’t that be nice?). Maybe some conclusions realised from the shattered mirror of faith expressed so eloquently in Prufrock and the Wasteland? But I waste my breath, because you don’t have a clue as to what I’m talking about. After all, there’s no “titty pictures” involved.

Actually, I would very much like to use a more respectful graphic in reference to you, but all you seem to merit is a 50 year old comic book. But be proud. You’re on a par with Tubby and Little Lulu. I’m sure your literary expertise encompasses them.

30. LOL

Your stupid little religious texts are just that. Was it one of them that made you embarrass yourself over Leviticus 14 or did you manage that all on your own?

"After all, there’s no 'titty pictures' involved."

Is that supposed to mean something, little man?

Do you think a 50 year old comic book I've never seen is an insult? Trying to claim I'm tubby when I'm not? The only thing that proves is you're just some old codger running his mouth while hiding on the internet.

That’s what his, her,it arguments sound like to me. But most lefties sound and act like 10 year olds, so it’s hard to make the distinction.

Are the doctors working for no pay? Are the facilities being offered at no cost. Are the medicines and supplies being provided without cost?

9. I actually support this!

I also support California doing the same at $420 billion and that is double their entire years state budget just for health care alone and nothing else.

Let us use NYC and the entire state of California as a petri dish and observe the situation from a major city to an entire state and see the effects.

Is this not an excellent experiment? If you live there then no but that is their problem and not ours. It will give the rest of us much needed insight.

Anybody disagree?
