2. I'm only an Internet lawyer but

I think anybody can sue. Like the ACLU suing on behalf of illegals. But that doesn't mean that a court has to recognize them as a valid plaintiff.

3. Someone needs standing.

Who has standing over unused expired funds?

6. Same people that had standing to challenge obozo's birth status

It ends up being a good thing that precedent was set.

There needs to be direct harm to the party bringing suit. No one can prove harm in this case.

In fact that might be why so many of obozo's EOs went unchallenged.

7. The entire Congress would have standing, no?

Any suit would likely challenge on the basis of separation of powers and the definition of "military construction" necessary to repel an invasion.

And it's not Trump's emergency powers, it's the President's - so what ever Trump is allowed to do, be prepared the future Presidents will also be empowered...I wonder what President Ocasio-Cortez would do with such unrestrained power?

8. They are going to need to address that shit in SCOTUS.

Address asshole judges in Hawaii thinking they can shut down the President at every turn. Trump should ignore anything a Hawaiian judge says.

5. The 9th circuit appeals court of aggrieved lefties will certainly assume standing.
