Watching the Democrats melt down will be hilarious.

17. That'll be a push at best since he is very conservative

and the way conservative justices tend to waffle, we could get another Kennedy

Democrat in the Oval Office he will definitely be replaced with another Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

30. He needs to announce his retirement before November. ...

Otherwise the Democrats will insist we wait until after the 2020 election to replace him and there will be riots in the streets if we don’t.

6. Its a lifetime appointment.

She can stay as long as she wants. Scalia’s seat was vacant for almost a year and the right was fine with it. At least RGB can work from home.

14. If she heard arguments she can weigh in or more likely have staff do it.

If she does not then it will be an 8 Justice decision.
In that case the supposed "tilt" of the Court would be originalist.

But I also think Garland should’ve at least had a hearing.

23. She has to be awake

For one and lucid for another. She is done, it is only a matter of when she passes or becomes a carrot.

The house will not impeach her even if she becomes a carrot so we are just watching the clock and waiting for the reaper to claim her.

8. I know that Ruby,

But it is her sickness that is going to have the final say, I hate to hurt anyone's feelings but the Lung problem is going to cause her too leave. our family just went thru this with a good friend of ours and he is now bed ridden and his chance for survival is nil.

That disease destroyed my step father. He aged 30 years and lost half his weight in a month. RGB has the best healthcare available, I’m sure.

21. I think she was holding out for Hillary to name her replacement.

First time Oman President, first SC appointment and all that. She should’ve retired right after Obama was elected. He had that super majority for a few months. That was the time.

Edit; woman. Not Oman. lol

33. She is Scalia in drag

But does not believe in upholding former SCOTUS rulings she believes that go against the constitution. She is a true originalist and will throw precedence in the trash can with no remorse.

This is why the left is terrified of her. Kavanaugh believes in upholding prior rulings even if they are wrong but will tinker around the edges. She will overturn them.

I would crawl over broken glass with her on my back to deliver her to the court personally.
