Those can all be disputed.

5. A sitting president cannot be criminally charged

Mueller clearly stated in his report that a president CAN be investigated while in office, and criminally charged upon leaving office.

His report is a road map of the criminality he committed.

11. Muellers job wasnt to charge him or not charge him

It was to determine whether or not laws were broken.
He could not prove or find suffucient evidence that there was.
End of story.
You leftists are just continuing to make fools out of yourselves at this point.

13. Horseshit.

You losers (and I mean that in the sense that you still can't accept Trump beat Clinton) are just delusional at this point.

There was no collusion. It was bogus from the start. There was no obstruction. None. Thoughts, feelings, conversations, etc. are NOT obstruction. Criminal actions are, and Mueller clearly concluded that none were taken.

25. In His very democrat partisan opinion.

Remember: He hired 19 lawyers for his investigative team- all 19 were donaters to Hillary and solid Dems!

Firing Comey was within the right of a POTUS! that cannot be construed as obstruction. Comey served at the pleasure of the president according to the constitution.

Trump, could legally and constitutionally fire Mueller at any time! Why would he try to farm that off to someone else?

Saying that a pardon for convicted people were on the table is not obstruction.

Wanting his attorney general to oversee the investigation is not an obstructive request.

As for McGahn, He was Trumps counsel and did not have the authority of office to have Mueller fired! Trump could have wished and even vocalized he would love to see Mueller fired but that is not obstruction legally.

He left this open for Congress to do as it may.

18. Wrong.

Mueller was authorized to investigate any matters that arose directly from his investigation. Matters such as obstruction.

Office of the Deputy Attorney General Order No. 3915-2017

19. True. For matters that arose for the investigation of collusion. Which he reported on.

The report is on those collusion findings. There was no investigation report on obstruction of justice findings. Just on the collusion. And like I said, Mueller left that open for Congress to further this - if so be it.

29. Volume II focused on obstruction.

Volume I of the Mueller Report focuses on Russian interference and matters of conspiracy.

Volume II focuses on obstruction of justice. You are trying to pretend that the 241 pages in Volume II do not exist.

Mueller didn't take it that far, and didn't rule out the evidence wasn't there.

7. None of those

illustrate intent, that's the main but not solo problem. Intent and desire are not the same thing. You need intent to obstruct justice not a desire for an outcome. All of these require a huge leap of faith in assuming intent for actions that would not have resulted in the desired goal from a man who could have achieved the desired goal with the swipe of a pen. Remember Trump could have ordered an end to the investigation with an executive order; would have been political suicide but he had that authority. Trump works from a desire and would like to see an outcome but unless he is forced to he doesn't make it happen and that's the key. He gets this trait from the business world because its how C-Level executives are trained to work. Contrary to a lot of people's popular belief they don't go around dictating to everyone how to do their jobs. They have a vision of what they want to see and as close as they come to the day to day implementation to set priorites, define project funding, define and implement organizational structure, and hire senior managers that share the vision.

On top of all that only two of those items listed have anything remotely close to an obstructive act. So on you have the obstructing jury and influencing testimony claims every thing else is moot for multiple reasons. Both of those two examples have very high and strict legal standard standards neither of which Trump comes anywhere near. So you've only got those two that could be potentially be something if only they were more sever and you had some magical way to apply intent where it doesn't apply.

This is why these charges were not levied in the first place. They are a joke from a legal standard and based on partisan assumptions not evidence. Now perhaps the HoR can move on them from a political position but even the Dem leadership know that would be electoral suicide unless they were able to first convince the people that what the law does not view as criminal should be considered criminal.

to the new soft coup lie of the thought crime of wanting & wishing to stop a bogus investigation of a non-existent act.
