4. Well, yes, of course it's good news.

But how long will it last? When it comes to being pro-life, I'm just as pro-life as the next guy, but there are shades of opinion on the matter, and unlike the pro-abortion enthusiasts, I'm willing to listen to the other side.

A world without abortions would be ideal, but it's not going to happen.

Society is always changing, ebbing and flowing, going back-and-forth, and right now society's where hardly anybody gives a damn. We have to wait patiently for it to evolve back to the idea that murdering one's children isn't such a good idea.

The best thing about this is that no matter how long or how short a time the law's allowed to be on the books, it joltingly reminds the abortion enthusiasts that it's not a settled matter--they seem to have forgotten that, believing the issue's decided forever and ever in their favor.

Only God makes decisions that are final; humans and human society are always changing their minds.

No matter how this comes out, because it reminds that abortion is NOT a settled matter, nor will ever be, tough shit for the abortion enthusiasts, profiteers, and lobbyists.

5. Should be a States Rights issue.

Let Cali and NY and Oregon keep legal abortion because the "community" has different morals.

6. ".....Should be a States Rights issue....."

Well, yes, of course, and I'm all for that.

Make it something to be decided by fifty different entities, rather than one great big monolithic state.

The abortion enthusiasts need reminded that abortion isn't a settled issue--it's probably going to go on forever and ever--and by requiring it to be (temporarily) determined by all these different places keeps the issue lively.
