Federal Laws mostly suck... Let communities make Laws. States Rights.

I am absolutely 1000% against making abortion illegal as the law of the land.

But since we can't have 100,000 communities in the USA making laws, let's simplify it at the State level.

What's unacceptable in Alabama might be peachy keen for the deviants in California.

1. If the Feds want to make abortion legal then pass a law.

Other than that it should not be a federal issue. No it’s not in the constitution. It’s a load of BS.

MANY legal scholars feel that Roe v Wade was bad law.

It's up to FIVE SCOTUS Justices to decide if Roe was bad law.

AS I'm sure you know... when Roe gets trashed, it goes back to all 50 states.

4. The very first unalienable right mentioned in The Declaration of Independence is LIFE

Their is no mention of abortion in The Constitution.
