Hyde amendment.

Once it is repealed, we can set up federally funded abortion clinics in states that ban abortion at the state level. That way, states can stand on their desire to limit freedom while women still have access to safe abortions.

1. That's not how that works

Even IF you accomplished the prerequisite step, medical care even if funded by the federal government is managed by state law. So a federally funded clinic, abortion or otherwise, is required to be licensed by the state.

3. I don't mean to be unkind or anything, and it's a question asked

for utterly innocuous reasons, but anyway, why is it you seem to get a particular joy over killing infants?

12. Trains, Planes and Automobiles

I like it that states’ rights still have the force of law in this country. If a woman wants or needs an abortion and its not available in her state of residence, hop on a cheap Southwest flight, take Greyhound, take Amtrak, have a friend drive you to the nearest state where abortions are legal.
