New DOJ Letter Reveals Just How Massive John Durhams Spygate Investigation Really Is

http://cdn.cnn.com/cnn/2019/images/06/10/2019-6-10.doj.review.of.intelligence.activities.-.nadler.pdf

A new letter from the Justice Department addressed to Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) reveals John Durham’s investigation into Spygate is much larger than previously known.

AG Barr’s review of the FISA abuses and surveillance against Trump’s campaign is “broad in scope and multifaceted,” according to the DOJ letter.

The letter to Nadler, penned by Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd, indicates Fusion GPS, foreign intelligence services and non-governmental organizations and individuals are all a target of US Attorney John Durham’s investigation into the origins of Spygate.

“The Review is broad in scope and multifaceted, and is intended to illuminate open questions regarding the activities of U.S. and foreign intelligence services as well as non-governmental organizations and individuals,” Boyd wrote.

Durham’s investigation of the investigations involving both the 2016 presidential campaigns (plural) is so massive that the Justice Department had to clear existing office space to make room for the team of US Attorneys, other personnel and DOJ employees.

1. I am hoping that this investigation will reveal the truth. ...

However it might end up as just another enormous whitewash as usual.

3. The left is never interested in uncovering anything a Democrat does wrong. ...

If they were they would be interested in the crimes Hillary committed. For example her negligence in handling classified information may have caused grave damage to our nation.

***snip***

But notes from a independent review, obtained by the FBI and released from "The Vault" on Friday, determined the Romanian hacker known as Guccifer breached a server for Clinton ally Sidney Blumenthal, who was passing information about Libya to the secretary of state, and Clinton's server was "indirectly" hacked likely as a result of the breach of Blumenthal's server. This information was transferred to a computer or network located south of Bucharest, Romania. The report said a second indirect hack of Clinton's server by people working on Guccifer's behalf took place on May 22, 2009, followed by other breaches.

One file taken from Clinton's server that was not seen on Blumenthal's server was found on the deep web, a hidden layer of the Internet not indexed by search engines, and the dark web, a shady constellation of darknets with layers of encryption favored by cybercriminals and hackers.

It is described as an Excel spreadsheet with "targeting data" that would receive the highest level of classification. "If it is determined by the by the FBI that this file ever was overtly classified, it will serve as a potential 'smoking gun document,'" the notes said.

"This file represents a major loss to the Intelligence Community because it appears to be targeting data," the notes said. This file was translated from Russian to Arabic, represented a list of targets "possibly" created by a Russian source, "located or intercepted by our services," and was sent to Clinton by an unknown individual, the notes said.

Republicans are not much better. Some are interested in finding a way to remove Trump from office but they are Swamp creatures who would have been satisfied if either Hillary or Jeb would have won the Oval Office.

4. Expect a rash of "Suicides" of former Clinton associates shortly

This must never happen again. Barr and Durham will dig out the cancer in the Government

When you watch the Nadler/Schiff Circus just remind yourself. They Falsely Accused Trump of Russia Collusion and called it Obstruction when he got Angry

They Falsely Accused Kavanaugh of Gang Rape and called him too ill tempered for the Bench when he fought back

These People are sick and twisted and must be removed from Government

5. I want to know what Mueller knew and when did he know it

It seems he knew Trump wasn't guilty of conspiracy in late 2017.

His investigation should have ended then.

But then he went on an extended taxpayer funded process crimes fishing expedition, with Gestapo style dawn raids and threats to peoples families.

7. It is funny how people only care about how much an investigation

Will cost when it won’t benefit their side.

Well, I guess it’s time for Dems to throw aside the “if you have nothing to hide” mantra, at least for this.

8. The "if you have nothing to hide" mantra is a GOP device.

I've not heard Democrats ever say it. Perhaps they have but it contrary to our world view. I heard endlessly here that there must be a crime established before an investigation can commence. You won't hear that anymore. Also, the witch hunt for anybody who dared to question Trump has been going on since early 2017. When it was Mueller going after Trump there was complaint after complaint about how long it took.

9. Only heard that from republicans?

Head over to the DU or similar sites. It comes up any time they want someone to testify. It’s been a regular staple since Mueller began. And no, republicans aren’t any better about this, but I will clarify one point (at least from what I’ve seen, anyway). There doesn’t have to be a crime established, but you have to be investigating someone for something that is actually a crime. For example, mishandling classified information is a crime. “Collusion” is not.

11. It sounds like they're investigating the DOJ, FBI and origins of the Trump "matter".

The concern may be that they obtained a FISA warrant using information they knew to be unverified or even false (I'm pretty sure that's a crime), that people may have testified falsely or given false statements to congress, investigators, or the IG (and we know how serious that is), or that other intelligence agencies may have used their resources to create a pretense for an investigation.

As we've certainly heard from democrats, those with "oversight" responsibilities have the authority to look into whatever they want to in that capacity. Well, the DOJ has oversight over the FBI.

Likewise with other peripheral characters.

13. I imagine they will. Thats what investigators do, they start

On the periphery and try to get leverage against “bigger fish”. That’s what Mueller tried to do. I imagine Bruce and Nellie Ohr will be of interest.
