7. Flynn Pleaded Guilty to...

"willfully and knowingly" making "false, fictitious and fraudulent statements" to the FBI regarding conversations with Russia's ambassador. Specifically, Flynn falsely denied that he had asked Russia's ambassador to the United States Sergey Kislyak on December 29, 2016, "to refrain from escalating ... in response to sanctions that the United States had imposed against Russia that same day."

General Flynn stated:
“It has been extraordinarily painful to endure these many months of false accusations of "treason" and other outrageous acts....Such false accusations are contrary to everything I have ever done and stood for. But I recognize that the actions I acknowledged in court today were wrong, and, through my faith in God, I am working to set things right.”

At his first sentencing hearing on December 18, 2018 U.S. District Judge Emmitt Sullivan asked General Flynn if he would like to withdraw from his guilty plea: “Flynn told Sullivan that he was “aware” that he was committing a crime when he lied to the FBI and declined to accept the judge’s offer to withdraw his guilty plea. But after a tirade in which the judge appeared to question whether Flynn could have been charged with treason — he later walked back those questions and told the courtroom audience to disregard them — Flynn’s attorneys asked Sullivan to delay the sentencing. Mueller’s prosecutors agreed.”

How will that play?

10. Once again

Flynn can still withdraw his guilty plea but since he has publicly stated that he did lie and President Trump fired him for lying, I don’t know how THAT would play with a jury.
Mueller recommended to the judge little or no jail time for Flynn based on Flynn’s cooperation. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if Flynn gets probation only.

9. Not going to happen. That Brady thing about the prosecution withholding information and all.

As soon as the guilty pleas is withdrawn, the conviction voided, and they will not charge him again.

11. We shall see

The judge doesn’t have to accept a plea withdrawal, particularly after Flynn already said that he didn’t want to change his plea.
