Hunter Biden was given a direct commission as a Navy Office in 2013, No OTS and no ACADEMNY
For him to get this direct commission he had to get two wavers.
He was too old to qualify for even a straight up enlistment and had to get an age waiver from the DOD. He had a criminal incident on his record that would have disqualified him from service but they gave him a waiver for that as well. I spent over 2 decades in the military and have never met anyone or talked to anyone who every mentioned knowing anyone who had a direct commission from civilian life one day to being an Officer the next day. I guess having daddy as VP does give you some opportunities that all others do not get. Continuing this time line, a year after receiving this special treatment of getting a direct commission in the US Navy,Hunter Biden peed hot for cocaine and in 2014 was discharged from the US Navy per the UCMJ, Uniform Code of Military Justice. This was and always is, a criminal legal process. So now Hunter Biden now has two criminal incidents on his record but that does not slow him down a bit. If you have ever applied for a visa to get into another country then you know they ask you directly about your criminal background and if you have been in trouble with the law especially for the use of hard drugs you will not be allowed entry. At least you won't unless your name is Hunter Biden. After getting kicked out of the Navy for using cocaine, Hunter Biden was able to travel to both the Ukraine and China with his father, the VP of the USA. Because of his special treatment and the ability to take these trips he was able to make contacts that havc paid him very, very, well. Hunter Biden is the exact type of people that we want to filter out of coming into out nation. China and the Ukraine utilize pretty much the same standards. So what it comes down to is that daddy Biden has been pulling strings for his son that has allowed him to secure a $100,000 per year position in Ukraine which he has zero qualifications for as well as a billion dollars of investment funds for his US companies from China. Being Joe Biden,s kid sure gives you special opportunities that everyone else never gets.

1. I doubt daddy Biden had to pull any strings.
Kids of the rich and powerful get special treatment by default.

2. Then you weren't paying much attention during your 2 decades in the military.
I knew a man who was drafted as a Major. It was because the Army needed dentists and he was one. He didn't go through ROTC, OCS, or anything like it.

16. Lawyer was not a line officer but a reserve JAG
4. Reserve Direct Commissioning Officer Program
The Direct Commissioning Officer Program provides an opportunity for exceptionally qualified former and current Reserve enlisted personnel of any Service or Component to apply for a commission as a Navy Reserve judge advocate. Newly commissioned officers will complete the 5-week Officer Development School within one year of commissioning and must also complete the 10-week Basic Lawyer Course at the Naval Justice School within two years of commissioning. Selected personnel will be credited three years for entry grade credit and appointed as a lieutenant junior grade (O-2). Applicants should contact their nearest Navy Reserve officer recruiter for more information. Basic qualifications for applicants include: must be a U.S. citizen between 21 and 42 years old at the time of commissioning; must be a graduate of a law school accredited by the ABA at time of graduation and licensed as a member in good standing of the bar of a federal court or of the highest court of a state, U.S. territory, the District of Columbia, or a commonwealth; must maintain eligibility for worldwide assignment; must complete any active duty obligation under current orders before being commissioned; must have at least one year of cumulative active duty experience, which may include any combination of active duty orders; must submit copies of their performance evaluations or fitness reports from the last three of their most recent Active Component or Reserve service; must agree to serve an eight-year Ready Reserve obligation, with at least six years to be completed in a PAY 1 SELRES status; and https://www.jag.navy.mil/careers_/reserve.htm must meet all physical requirements set forth in Chapter 15 of the Manual of the Medical Department. |

29. Actually I paid more attention than you think, Most army docs get their MD at ARMY expense
Then they owe 6 years of their lives to the army after they are out of school. So they are not drafted and we are speaking about the medical field here, not "communications" that hunter was in. I have a good friend, met him when he was an ARMY doc, that started out in the ARMY with a phD in bio-chem and they paid for his medical school. It cost him six years of his life but when he was done he owned his education.
Hey daughter, you know how this works better than I do. |

5. Direct commissions are rare, but are out there
Mostly political, though occasionally other special people. Not quite the same as MDs or other specialists get. They still have to go to the trade schools and fit within the TO once they are in.

9. He told me he was drafted
I can’t think of any reason for him to lie about it.
I myself was drafted, then offered a job as a warrant officer before going into basic training. They wanted me to be a helicopter pilot. I would have had to sign up for an additional year of active duty. I turned that offer down and served my 2 year obligation. Those were different times. Was it just as different in this respect when Hunter Biden served? I don’t know. |

35. Navy and Air Farce both
The Marines didn't need the draft till the Vietnam crunch.
I was in the Army which had the draft from about 1948 till 1973. In many cases, the draftees made better soldiers than the enlistees as they were usually more mature. . |

39. Sure did
We got a few in the battalion in Vietnam in 1968. I was lucky, the guy I got in my company was a nice kid, just dumb as a post. We worked out a job within his capability and he really buckled down to it and took responsibility for the simple tasks. We showed we appreciated him and he was a super soldier within his capabilities. The other companies got real troublemakers.

20. You and I have the same motivation.
FWIW, Hunter was surely a volunteer since the draft ended in 1972, long before he joined the Navy in 2013. Further, the Navy didn't draft anybody even during the Vietnam era. All of us draftees served in the Army, with a few going into the Marines.
Thanks for helping set the record straight. |

Wow 28 years, that's a lot of service! My father was in the Navy aboard a diesel sub in the Pacific during WWII. He earned the Submarine Combat Patrol Badge 6 times.

27. Yep and daddy Biden keeping that spoon full. I see no comments about his nose candy habit.
I also see no comments on how he got into the Ukraine or China.
I have friends, software engineers, who work in both countries. They were headhunted for their skills and were still warned about the background checks and the no criminal history requirement to get entry visas. Hunter Biden seems to still be riding VP Biden daddy's coat tails. Biden is history, Trump will be reelected and the democrats will look more stupid than what the looked like when their Russian collusion delusion crashed and burned. How about they investigate Biden to the point they did Trump for the next two years. We need all of Bidens communications with all foreign countries right now... I wonder how many other countries he blackmailed into ignoring his children's crimes and giving his family money. |

Baby Biden has been ridding on daddy bidens coat tails since puberty.
There is incident after incident of his special treatment and a video of daddy biden blackmailing a whole country so he wont be looked at in a corruption investigation. https://www.theepochtimes.com/newly-published-ukrainian-prosecutors-sworn-affidavit-i-was-forced-out-in-2016-because-of-joe-biden_3098683.html http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3781572/posts It seems like the whole world is telling lies or joe daddy biden is a huge LIAR. |

34. you missed it, I believe in primary knowledge, the rest is useless.
If you want to learn about the Titanic then read the stories that were written by people involved, this is "primary knowledge". If you want to learn about astronauts then talk to the astromauts and visit the facilities and take the tours where all of it took place, Primary knowledge, not second or third hand BS.
That is the point. Now, you can read the two links of Primary Knowledge that I sent you so you can find truth and not manipulated second and third hand stories and BS. |
