The 2nd Whistleblower is in Legal Trouble because he told Classified Information to the first Whistleblower who did NOT Have a Need to Know

4. It would unfairly put a cloud over Biden.

There is no evidence to base a suspicion on.

Your comment is an old GOP trick to get innocent people investigated. If you like this rule though I guess you'll decide the Mueller probe was harmless and a fine idea.

My commentary is based on your posts.

Like when you claim something as a fact, then admit it is someones opinion, which you believe.

Or when you demonstrate hypocrisy and bias from one post to the next.

At the end of the day I'm here to learn, you are here to spread information and mislead.

What is to discuss when lies narratives and opinions stated as facts are all that is offered?

13. I think thats exactly right.

It’s completely different when talking about Biden, because reasons!

An investigation of Biden is unfair, because you already know he didn’t do anything, and an investigation of Trump is fine because you know he did.

As we learned from the Clinton email “matter”, the appropriate way to handle an investigation is to “decide” what happened first and then conduct an investigation intended to prove that conclusion, facts be damned.

I'm entirely consistent on this one. I'm sorry because you usually debate substance before but now you seem to be joining the gang who only insult

If anything is a sham its the way you determined the E-mail investigation was invalid with no evidence at all

21. I don't think the email investigation was "invalid", I think their conclusions were bullshit.

Hillary was accused of mishandling (sending and receiving) classified information on an unsecured server. She was also accused of not turning over all her work-related emails when she left office. They determined that BOTH of those things actually happened. They then decided that they wouldn't do anything about it, because she lacked "intent". The problem is that "intent" has nothing to do with the law and that they were drafting a report citing her lack of intent weeks before they actually talked to her (how can you determine lack of intent before you even talk to the subject?).

In 1999, the Clinton administration felt it necessary to pardon John Deutch (the Clinton justice department had been preparing charges against him) even though he didn't seem to have any intent either. When her husband was president, his own justice department didn't care about his intent to the extent that Bill Clinton found it necessary to pardon him for something that year later wasn't even considered a prosecutable offence by the Obama administration.
