Attorneys for Trump whistleblower push back at bias allegations
Attorneys Andrew Bakaj and Mark Zaid issued a statement and a series of tweets pushing back at allegations raised by Trump and others over reports that the intelligence official had come into contact with Democratic lawmakers.

The lawyers said the intelligence official they represent "has never worked for or advised a political candidate, campaign, or party."
The official "has spent their entire government career in apolitical, civil servant positions in the Executive Branch" where they came "into contact with presidential candidates from both parties in their roles as elected officials - not as candidates," the statement read.
Trump had issued a series of tweets on Tuesday night in which he highlighted recent reporting alleging that the whistleblower had a "professional" tie to a Democratic presidential candidate.

1. So the attorneys are saying that the whistleblowers did NOT

Meet with people in congress prior to actually filing a statement, or have worked with them in the past?

Oh wait, that’s not what the lawyers actually said at all. That’s just the impression they were hoping people would take from this statement.

5. Did the lawyers in question

not realize that these two statements don't mean the same thing?

"come into contact with Democratic lawmakers"

"has never worked for or advised a political candidate, campaign, or party."

Are these lawyers not capable of determining when two statements are or are not mutually inclusive? Do they know what mutually inclusive means? With that response, I'm not sure they do which would be a sad reality for a so called lawyer.

6. The joke used to be

“How can you tell if X is lying? His lips are moving.”

Dumpie has redefined that joke to...

“How can you tell if Trumpie is lying? His thumbs are moving.”
