Hillary rocked with left hook as liberals side with Elizabeth Warren for 2016

She is one of the most active — and most partisan — senators in the chamber, which is part of what makes Sen. Elizabeth Warren so attractive to the progressive groups pleading with her to enter the 2016 presidential race.

The freshman senator has amassed a solidly liberal record, but it’s the issues on which she has taken the lead that are winning over the Democratic Party’s left wing, who say she is a fighter more than anything else. She organized a rebellion, although it was quickly snuffed out, against loosening Wall Street regulations as part of the omnibus spending bill.

For many on that left wing, her eagerness to fight large banks and corporations is reason enough to demand that she enter the presidential race, if only to give former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton a reason to remember her party’s liberal flank.

"I don’t think it would be helpful or healthy for our Democratic candidate to not have to go through the sharpening process of a primary, where she could sort of just walk into the general without having committed to some important, real, real economic populism,” Rep. Keith Ellison, Minnesota Democrat and co-chairman of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, said on a recent telephone conference call sponsored by pro-Warren group Democracy for America.

2. actually, no one is wanting Warren to run but the Republicans.

see this thread-
Hillary has a 56 percent lead over Warren
and Sanders gets a mere 3%

True Democratic supporters want Elizabeth Warren fighting the bad guys in the senate because a President cannot do what she is doing and her seat would end up going to someone who cared as much as Scott Brown did prior to her devastingly landslide victory over him in 2012.

7. Are you voting for the Democratic Candidate to change SCOTUS in 2016?

BTW-Bernie won the senate thanks to his good friend sending big bucks his way, from the old days in Brooklyn, Chuck Schumer. Who do you think Charlie is supporting?
Bernie already said he is not running to be Nader.

8. That would depend on who the Democratic candidate might be, I don't support only one party...

... at all the polls. And you need to get right with Satan, it would seem!...

9. You know all the good things President Obama has done since election day

all that will continue with Hillary.
She is not Bill. Bill is not Hill.

Hillary after all, wanted a France like health care from day one in 1993, but the reason Teddy did not support her in 2008 was, she never had a second go at it.
Teddy was for getting the foot in the door, then kicking it down.

Teddy was pleased with the ACA as a stepping stone.

I always considered it a stepping stone, so the so called Gruber remarks actually were no surprise. The suprrise was that no one else knew on the other side and thought it was a revelation when it wasn't.

the Obama agenda is not rightwing at all.
Losing a battle here and there is meaningless when victory of the war is shortly going to be won, but it takes a Democratic president in 2016 to achieve it

Compromise is how the US was built from day one.

As Dr. King said-

4. Nobody wants Hillary to run but the Republicans

Republicans at Goldman Sachs.... Republicans at the DLC. Chuck & Davey (who fund the DLC). Republicans who are writing the Southern Hemisphere & Asian Free Trade Act (SHAFTA, formerly known as the Transylvanian Predatory Partnership)... Republicans at AIPAC.... Republicans at Citibank...... Republicans at WalMart & Tyson chicken (corporations she actually used to work for)...Republicans in the military industrial complex, still getting boners about her "obliterate Iran" comments in 2008.

This is who Hillary represents. She's not a Demoncrat by any reasonable description.
