Judge Napolitano says FBI now has solid evidence to convict Clinton

Hillary Clinton is currently leading in the Democratic presidential race, but that does not mean the road to becoming the Democratic presidential nominee is a shoo-in. One issue that has repeatedly weighed down her campaign is her use of a private email server during her tenure as Secretary of State.

Clinton’s use of a private email server is the target of an ongoing FBI investigation, and it poses a threat to her political aspirations. In fact, Judge Andrew Napolitano said the agency has solid evidence to indict and convict her.

Napolitano said on The O’Reilly Factor that the “FBI knows a lot more about it than I do.” He said the “evidence of her guilt is overwhelming.”

The judge predicted that if the Justice Department protects Clinton from an indictment, Clinton’s candidacy will suffer and President Barrack Obama will have to face a crisis similar to one that former President Richard Nixon had experienced.

“If the Democrats that run the Justice Department decide that she’s not going to be indicted because she’s about to become or will have become the Democratic nominee for president, can you imagine what the reaction will be? The FBI will release the evidence against her, much of which is already publicly known,” warns the judge on Judge Napolitano’s Chambers.

1. Napolitano is right on the money with this.

I have been posting this for the last three weeks. It is not only Hillary that is in the corner surrounded by wet paint with the spotlight on her but Obama has also painted himself into a very bright corner.

Without being able to contain the criminality of Hillary and keep the truth out of the public media, Obama has lost his leverage to protect her. Obama now will have a huge price to pay if he tries to restrain DOJ from moving forward with criminal charges against Hillary.

The retired FBI organizations have come forward and all but promised that the truth will be released if Hillary is not treated like every other citizen. There are also indications that still working FBI agents are also onboard with full disclosure.

This leaves Obama with a choice. He either steps back and lets real and true justice take its course or he tries to cover her ass. If he tries to cover for Hillary he will destroy his own credibility, becomes part of a criminal conspiracy, and blows his personal legacy into dust.

Is anyone here so stupid that they believe that Obama would sacrifice himself to cover hillary's butt????

Obama is a world class narcissist and has loyalty only to himself. He is already in a position that the shit is going to splash on and tarnish his legacy but he will not go down with the Hillary ship.

They better bring in Kerry and polish him up as plan B. They are going to need him very soon. If we are honest and get off the Hillary entitlement wagon, Kerry now stands a better chance of being president than Hillary does.

2. When we quote Judge Napolitano

They ridicule him (his law credentials are impeccable). So I quoted Joseph Di Genova who is a Former Federal Prosecutor and they ridicule him.

Yet they have total faith in Barack Obama although he sealed his College records and uses a Connecticut SSN# and he has zero connection to the State

All Righty Then

3. If what has been leaked/released is anywhere near true, some people are in real trouble

Her inner circle may have to choose between jail and HRC. My take is that some will roll over including the IT guy who already has.

Something else to consider, anyone, charged or not, who gets caught in this will never have a security clearance again. The inner ring and others will never be able to hold even an appointed government position again. Their careers are already gone. You cannot be someone who matters in the Government without one.

14. Then the rest of the dominoes fall if her staff and the IT guy fink her out.

Once the powerful Clinton Mafia is weakened, they will lose their grip on the 'friends' in high places. The rats will jump ship and Hill and Bill will be standing there all by their lonesome ugly selves.

Remember how when Bill lied for a whole year about Lewinsky. How many of his/their friends actually believed him. There was a lot of anger over his lying. There will be much more this time round.

15. You are right on every count.

Most of this has been very predictable for anyone who knows how classified material MUST be handled, protected, and disseminated. The rules, laws, national security directives, and even Obama's EO's are exact, specific, and not variable.

I get tired of arguing with people on here who do not understand that from the very beginning this was a criminal case and would be fully investigated as such. It had to be to meet the mandatory legal requirements that are in place to protect our classified data.

The only surprise in for me is how much Hillary talked about the situation in public. Any TV lawyer knows not to say anything to anyone when they are under investigation. Talk about Arrogance. She is a lawyer and knows better but thinks she is above the rules/laws.

4. Judge Napolitano is full of shit.

There is no need to attack his "credentials". His own long history of flogging completely wrong bullshit for Foxnews is all that is needed:

But some folks here will never learn.

5. It is so WEIRD to see the Hillarybots continue blindly ahead, as if there is nothing there, with...

... a reported 100+ FBI agents working this case for some months now...

OH! I see I had perfect timing!...

Politico's source is kinda iffy

Catherine Herridge got the 150 figure from a Contact at the Bureau

We will know for sure shortly

has declared that the investigation is "entering a critical phase".

7. None so blind

As he who WILL not see

I think it's because they believe if George W. Bush wasn't impeached and marched off to The Hague no politician is indictable

What they don't realize is everything Bush did was 100% Legal and on solid Constitutional footing

Hillary has broken a multitude of laws

11. "They believe"

That is the problem. Their support is more a matter of faith than anything else. Even if there is no indictment, Trump can make a very good case that Hillary put the nation at risk. And honestly, that's only one thing against her.

9. What are Napolitano's sources that give him such confidence that she faces

solid evidence of guilt? He says the FBI knows more about this than he does, so he admits he doesn't know what they know. I'd love more than anything to see the Devil's Daughter frog-marched out of a campaign event and sent back to the hell from whence she came. But this sounds like wishful thinking and speculation just to get a few minutes of talking head TV air time.

12. It is Former Judge Napolitano

With the exception of a brief TV show in the early 2000's, he has not been a judge since leaving for private practice in 1995. One would think with all that practicing, he would be good by now. All he is presenting now is hear-say accounts from 3rd party sources, information that would hold up in a court of law.

The National Enquirer would be a better source than Esq. Napolitano
