White House Petition to ban AR-15's......lets keep track of this one people

Since we keep hearing 90% of the country wants to ban them

https://petitions.whitehouse.gov//petition/ban-ar-15-civilian-ownership

So far there are only 155.000 signups, if it breaks 200.000 I'll be surprised.

1. And again they can't help but give the game away.

"while also making one small step forward"

If banning the singular most popular rifle in America is a small step...

2. I wish them...

The best of luck.

Next month the BATFE is reducing restrictions on NFA items.

So much for their plan...

14. Changing the requirement to purchase

Particularly dealing with trusts, trustees will be required to get fingerprint ant photos but chief law enforcement sign off will no longer be required if I remember correctly.

4. Let's be fair. That will have every bit as much impact as the petition to build a Death Star.

8. I would TOTALLY sign that petition ...

... if they agree to put some kind of cover of the thermal exhaust ports.

That seems like a pretty serious design flaw.

10. Here it is:

https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/secure-resources-and-funding-and-begin-construction-death-star-2016

.. if they agree to put some kind of cover of the thermal exhaust ports.

How hard could have been to cover them up with some plywood during the attack?

16. If we build that...

...can we redesign the flaw of a clear path for a fighter jet to the core to cause its destruction?

17. Well, that can only happen during the construction phase. We'll lure in the Rebels.

What could go wrong?

11. If they did, they'd just put something equally easy to attack on the surface.

Because bureaucrats.

15. Well,

I heard that the X wing was made by Glock, and the Death Star by Sith and Wesson.

7. Well, good for you

That'll change the tide for sure

I would say for everyone who has signed that some new gun owner is reading the instructions for their new firearm.......and 30-40% of those will be some type of semi auto rifle

6. Shall not be infringed

Start a Petition to follow the Constitution and ALL of the amendments

Bet that would get more signatures
