RIP Jan Michael Vincent

Died Feb 10 but was reported today. A perfect example how drug and alcohol abuse can ruin a talented life.

1. R.I.P.

I was gonna make a snarky comment about "Damnation Alley" or "The Mechanic", but I just cannot.

4. I heard it on a local talk radio this morning and looked him up on Wikipedia.

Odd that the news is just being reported.

5. Enjoyed The First Four Seasons Of "AirWolf."

But when they got rid of Ernest Borgnine, I quit watching.

6. Just two hours ago, I was informed by a neighbor that

the 18 year-old son of another neighbor right next door, one that I have known since he was a baby, died of a drug overdose last night.
Years ago, I captured this kid almost once a week, running down the sidewalk in nothing but a diaper, trying to escape... laughing every step he took... and his mother not too far behind chasing after. He loved to find ways to escape the house.
Now he's dead.

Build the fucking wall

7. One of the first actors I learned went to a gun school to learn how to handle firearms.

He was a graduate of Gunsite.

He was often at odds with directors on how to handle pistols.
