it seems strange that the founders who spent so much time on a delicate system

of checks and balances, would enshrine a "unitary executive" in the white house.

3. Yes, it does make perfect sense.

For any organization theres needs to a be a single decision maker at the top.

For the military, a CiC.

For legislative issues, someone with veto power but who can be over-ridden if enough of the legislative branch deems it appropriate.

Even socialists always have a single leader. (Who is always either daft, evil or both.)

11. What part of Executive power by the executive do you still not comprehend

did YOU NOT learn of the Vesting clause of the Constitution in High School
Article II, Section 1, Clause 1:

The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.


the 3 branches are

the Executive
the Judicial
the legislative

Like homelessness, it only becomes a crisis when a Republican is in the White House.

I'm old enough to remember when it would be "unprecedented" for the party that lost an election to refuse to accept the will of the voters.
