the "citizen" question on the census

aren't they really going to find that those agricultural counties, the red counties, are full of non citizens. this might shift more congressional districts towards the urban centers.

3. Maybe you didn't know

that the Supreme Court decided 5 to 4 against allowing the question on the census, saying that it was un Constitutional.

In any event, I've seen people who live in red states say that if it comes down to it, they will not answer the question. If enough like minded people in red states do the same, those states could get fucked over for a lot of things.

And no...contrary to what tRump believes, he cannot just sign an executive order overruling the Supreme Court's decision. So it's not a matter of being "chicken shit", my dear....it's a matter of law.

4. Thanks for confirming the USSC has 5 chicken-shit illegal loving lefties on it...

...given the question IS constitutional and had been asked since the first census in 1790 until the 1960's when the US census bureau started moving towards a sampling method of data collection. It's no surprise that you support letting illegals to freely flow into this country either...........

6. It's not

the question that's unconstitutional.

tRump's reason for wanting to be asked IS.

"It's no surprise that you support letting illegals to freely flow into this country either..........."

And once again you prove yourself utterly incapable of discussing an issue without making a personal attack on someone else.

In case it hadn't occurred to you, a person doesn't have to be an illegal immigrant to qualify as a NON-CITIZEN

Someone from Sweden or France or some other WHITE country living here on a Visa could be a NON-CITIZEN as well. But those aren't the ones tRump and his minions are shitting their pants about., are they?

7. You really need to practice what you preach...

"And once again you prove yourself utterly incapable of discussing an issue without making a personal attack on someone else."

...or did you already forget your responses to my posts after you failed to comprehend a simple joke?

''8. Life gets pretty interesting when one can't tell the difference between male and female''

"10. Topic mentions Muslim women the person posts a photo of a fat man.No projection necessary. Some people obviously can't tell the difference."

And your post #8 was quite priceless, given that describes the lgbT+ community to a tee.........

5. The USSC didn't say the question was unconstitutional.

They remanded the case back to the lower court for review.

Fact matter, and they don't care about your feelings.

8. "the red counties, are full of non citizens"

Only during planting and harvest time. The cities, however, are teeming with them year long working under the table.

10. Not the point, though employers need to be gone after

My point was that rural/agricultural parts of the country are not permanently inhabited by armies of illegals like cities are.

11. The fact that they are being paid under the table

is necessitated by the fact that they're working illegally. How are you saying they can't help that?

We do agree regarding the employers.
