Looked at many of the impressive trailers. I truly appreciate a meaningful film and docs are the way to go. I've been watching a lot of YT shorts about Appalachia lately.

3. Those are my

Scots-Irish roots. I hate being very far away from those mountains. When I am I feel like I'm missing part of my soul.

My maternal GPs owned the only general store in the county, so were considered pretty well off. My paternal GPs were what we call dirt farmers or poor as church mice. My MGM couldn't cook properly because they couldn't afford coal - in coal country! Last time I saw her was around 1970; she still didn't have indoor plumbing or water.
