7. Have the owners and players pay for their playgrounds and generate the taxes,

and figure out the ROI. Plenty of folks that do not give one shit about sports who take a fucking to generate more rax revenue that just gets fucked away.

8. Some pay more than others. I think the evil jerry jones paid for it all.

In Atlanta, Arthur Blank paid for half. the other half comes from hotel motel taxes, not income taxes. And most folks who bitched about "a new stadium for the sorry Falcons" dont see the OTHER benefits. In its first year open, the Dome had over 60 events bringing more than 3 million visitors. A lot of them were in Atl for more than one day, spending money in local businesses, filling hotel rooms, eating, etc. And the city got the '19 Super Bowl as well as the Final Four out of it.
If it was JUST a sports stadium I'd agree with you; let the owner pay for it ALL.

4. Most likely a Charger since it has a large engine and can go real fast

and run over the bear. Odd question, though.

13. at a neutral site, the Chargers

but it's a tough call. Rivers is having the season of his life but I think the noob Bear QB is better.
