Lefty: Science deniers

Only Anti-Science Suckers Believe Climate Change Hysteria

Here is a very simple question for all of you upset over the fact that I do not believe in Climate Change: How many scientific doomsday prophecies do I have to see debunked before I am allowed to be skeptical of the next one?

How many?

Give me a number.

How about if I give you a number: Thirteen. Thirteen, y’all.

I am on the dark side of 52 now, which is not young, but it also isn’t old. And yet, I have lived to see so many media and scientifically-driven end-of-the-world predictions collapse under the weight of reality, I have nearly lost count.

This is how old I am. … Old enough to remember being told that by now…

- We would be living through a new Ice Age by the year 2000.
- We would all die when the ozone layer disappeared.
- The oceans would be dead.
- Global Cooling would destroy the world.
- Acid rain would destroy our forests.
- Overpopulation would result in worldwide famine.
- We would deplete our natural resources.
- We would run out of oil.
- The polar ice caps would melt.
- Manhattan would be underwater.
- People who live in cities will have to wear gas masks.
- Nitrogen buildup will make the land unusable.
- “Decaying organic pollutants would use up all of the oxygen in America’s rivers, causing freshwater fish to suffocate.”

And that is just the Big Stuff, the world-shaking predictions the oh-so holy scientific consensus got horribly wrong during my lifetime. Yes, that science was also declared settled.

1. Ah yes. Breitbart.

The go to place for scientific articles and knowledge.

1. Forbes link. Another go to place for scientific knowledge.

2. From your own link.
If the Montreal Protocol had never been implemented, the hole would have grown by 40 percent by 2013. Instead, the hole is expected to completely heal by 2050.

3. Rush Limbaugh and Ted Danson. Two of the best scientists in the world. I mean if Ted Danson said the oceans would be dead, we should all believe him. Righty is a Danson denier.

4. Watts. A failed meteorologist that flunked out of university. An obvious expert on thermodynamics and climate research. Another brilliant scientist.

5. From your link.
Eventually, however, Britain accepted it had to do something and at considerable expense, flue gas desulphurisation equipment, or sulphur "scrubbers", were fitted to all major power station chimneys. Since then atmospheric sulphur emissions have tumbled in Britain by about 85 per cent.

So it was really causing acid rain. Whooda thunk it?

6. Has been debunked. One guy wrote a book that started a craze. So what.

7. From your link.
I would be willing to place a bet with anyone in this room that human beings will cease using fossil fuels long before we have exhausted the available resource and that this is completely independent of any policy designed to speed up the invention and distribution of alternative "green" sources of energy.
Kind of coming true. The world is moving from non-renewables. Maybe faster than he expected. Truth is eventually we would run out, just don't know when.

8. See 7.

9. Al Gore. Lmfao

10. Same source as the Al gore one above. No science in it either. Hyperbole and bullshit.

11. Obviously another great scientist. Debunking 40 year old shit that real scientists debunked already.

12. Same source as 11.

13. Same source as 11.

The only science denying I see is from people that haven't kept up with it and are still mad at Al Gore.

2. That's not Breitbart data

That's Breitbart reporting on what YOU leftists claimed was doom and gloom settled science over the years that proved to be false. But I'm not surprised to see lefty denying historical fact. Its no surprise because you folks destroyed any credibility you might of had, years ago.

See, I too am old enough to remember all of those "settled science" lefty doom and gloom reports from years past.

Deny YOUR own past doom and gloom so-called settled science all you want. But we all remember those claims.

Ha ha.... Lefty: junk science believers and reality science deniers....

3. What data is there?

What scientists are quoted in those articles? And what papers are referenced?
None.
Bloggers and laymen going with the same old debunked bullshit because that's all they got.

Book reviews, AL gore, Ted Danson, rush and watts aren't science.

Science evolves it changes with new data.
This guy is still stuck on what people said 45 years ago.
Lmfao..

4. Don't forget the one that snow will be extinct

Of course, the poles still have ice.

Of course, global warmers will say that they saved snow and the poles, all by themselves.
