Wind - Snowstorm here in Erie Pa.

Had to move a tree out of the driveway to park.

60 to 70 mph gusts, and it is kicking right now.

Strangely, no Skynet activation.

Hunkered down.

4. Hunker Down !

Not nearly as bad as what you'll have, but high temps this week have all been in mid 20's.

Precip., etc.

Ok is always windy b/c KS s*cks & TX blows.

When I complained to my boss about salary his advice was 'Turn Off Your Bills.' So like an idiot, I did just that.

Shower so cold, I can't shower ... so now I look like Grizzly Adams. Next he'll complain about my appearance

3. Slowly winding down here mid-michigan. Neighbors half a mile down the road without

power with some 60k out in the consumers energy region. The ice storm a couple of weeks.ago.was much worse.

They are talking about a repeat of this shit next weekend and remaining unseasonably cold. Blah!

13. I grew up near Erie, just across the Ohio border. ...

I joined the Air Force and ended up in Biloxi, Mississippi for electronics training. I learned the winter weather in the Lake Erie snow belt wasn’t normal. When I got out of the Air Force I decided to move south to Florida. Best decision I ever made.

14. You were near

Girard, Pa. most likely.

Can't blame you for leaving Siberia!

15. Since I grew up there I had no idea it was Siberia. ...

I have visited that area a couple of times in the winter. Snow can be beautiful but I don’t ever want to live in the snow belt again.
