1. Those aren't allocations, they are sources of funding. Btw, a "real" charitable org allocates its

money in the ways it stated in the application to the IRS that it would support its mission. Its board of directors has a legal responsibility to ensure that. The IRS, among others, is to ensure that the BOD does its job, though they really don't seem to enforce it very well if the NP is very wealthy.

Thanks for the info, but those who understand the operation of foundations understand that the Clinton Foundation is pretty damned efficient.

I notice you left off the Trump Foundation. Why is that?

3. For the hundredth time-- the Clinton Foundation is organized differently and does very few "grants"

It does direct aid, which increases its relative compensation and conference spending.

4. Nonsense-You Are Just Describing two Different Models of Non-Profits

Red Cross is another non-profit that isn't just a grant funnel but performs many of its own project services. Somebody actually has to do the charitable, humanatarian work. Some aren't set up to perform those services-others that the Clinton Initiatives and the Red Cross are
