Trump in nashville

I went to my first ever protest....as an observer. It was peaceful, but there was an electricity in the air. No pictures. I streamed it live....it was fun. Very few pro trump people there, but I saw lots of people engaging in debate.

I felt proud. People were exercising a right guaranteed to us as citizens. Even though I didn't agree with all I saw, they were respectfull to me as I was to them.

My favorite sign was "I'm not here to protest, but she made me come."

1. The Municipal Auditorium is about 2 miles from my house, on the west side of the Cumberland River.

Once upon a time is was the largest facility in Nashville for a variety of events including concerts and minor league hockey. It's heyday has passed. However, if someone can not fill the Bridgestone Arena or prefers a small venue then that is the place to appear.

I am so grateful I got home before the road closures.

We will probably see many Secret Service agents flying back to DC tomorrow.

I have seen quite a few visits by various administration's, but I haven't had the pleasure of driving the mobile stairs yet. I would really like to see the inside of Air Force One. The only time I have been inside a Boeing 747 was working a PanAm* charter from Nashville to the Canary Islands.

* Edited to read PanAm. I have been an airline agent so long I am beginning to forget details of my early years.
