Question for any current EMS or especially active LEO

Regarding protective disposable gloves... can someone give me input on type and size preferred by LE? I know no one wants pure latex anymore, but I don't have enough current experience to know what works best... what will hold up to petroleum, etc.
Anyway.... what type or brand are preferable.. or any other information anyone is willing to share? I know some hold up better than others, some might be preferred over others, but I don't have any personal contacts in LE anymore in order to ask questions from those actually in the field.
It would also be useful to know how many pairs your average LEO might go through in a year... do they prefer them loose fitting or not, with or without powder, any info is helpful.
Feedback would be appreciated

1. Not only look at size, but thickness

Its a trade between sensitivity/feel and thickness. Most LEOs go for fitting thicker gloves for safety. Most gloves are not heavily powered these days.

Harbor Freight carries gloves in different thicknesses last time I check.

2. Agreed. I'd go with a thicker non-powdered glove.

Just as an aside, most of thicker gloves I have seen have been blue in color.
