It's amazing to me how many weight loss success stories I've been seeing

There is this couple encouraging each other

https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/weightloss/this-couple-lost-235-pounds-on-the-keto-diet-in-under-a-year%E2%80%94and-their-transformation-photos-will-inspire-you/ar-BBPgRHG?ocid=chromentp

To personal success stories and little items taken out of the diet that are bad for us anyway

https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/voices/quitting-soda-helped-me-lose-30-pounds-in-3-months/ss-BBR87fV?ocid=chromentp

To a plethora of success stories that further encourage people by reminding them the loss of weight leads to better mental health and social interaction blah blah blah

https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/wellness/the-best-transformations-from-2018-prove-that-weight-loss-isnt-everything/ss-BBRvEZq?ocid=chromentp

It almost seems to me that the nod has been given to "fat shame", just dont be so blatant about it.

As in, dont you the individual say anything to the overweight person and shame them one on one, we as a society will do that in just one days scroll of the MSN homepage, with story after story showing the positives of weightloss, because the deep state wants to see that trend even though "fat shaming" by individuals isnt technically allowed.

The nazis were into physical fitness werent they? Less cost to the state for long term medical costs and all that I'm sure.

1. To lose weight, one must make

Permanent lifestyle changes. Diets don’t work because they are temporary. Sure, you will lose weight if you eat only cabbage soup for a month, but will you do that forever? Nope

What helps me is 1. Physical activity. 2. Eat in moderation 3. Don’t stress eat 4. Drink water

Find what works for you and do it. If you want a piece of cake, eat it. Just walk for 30 minutes longer.

2. Drink water

Definitely!!!! It amazes me the amount of people who don't ever drink plain old water. I love it. It's really the only thing that quenches my thirst. I really can't understand people who keep pouring those flavor things into bottle after bottle of water telling me that they hate the taste of plain old water.

I have a cousin who goes through at least two 2 liter bottles of Diet Pepsi every single day. It's beyond comprehension.

4. i admit to being one of those water flavoring people.

i can’t help it, i love it.

a lil squeeze of the strawberry lemonade flavoring in there...deeelightful.

i prettty much only drink water, though. no soda, no hot drinks. i know a few who drink only soda..it’s gross as fuck.

the only thing else would be the occasional rockstar energy drink (zero sugar/calorie kind). those things are amazing for long drives or loooooong family reunions on holidays..

5. I'm on a well

We're very lucky. Some people's well water can taste pretty funky. Our's is like the purest spring water you've ever had.

7. The other thing that's amazed me is all the responses that disregard the point of the op

That it is OK in Nazi Amerika to fat shame, when every other type of public humiliation is off the table.

I'm asking why, even though I know why, so I am asking rhetorically, and everyone else either doesn't understand what I'm trying to get across or must be nazis themselves.

The state prefers healthy lean citizens, it's less burden on government resources long term, and so social coercion works just as well as the government telling you to do it, it even works better as people get shamed into not eating the McDonalds so much, because it's not good for you anyway.

Nazi Amerika and social manipulation through the media and publik opinion, thats what I'm talking about.

11. Whatever

I can tell you're a liberal, because you're so literal.

It's the same reason liberals have no sense of humor, try telling a joke to Alexa, you'll get an impersonation of a liberal as a response.
