Would you eat foie gras?

Me? Yes, it is delicious. It’s the only liver product I will eat.

4. I would eat it and love it

Growing up liver was for special occasions and a real treat. Cooked with onions mostly rarely with bacon.

6. The production method of foie gras is something I don't condone.

Only tried it once....tasted like greasy slime.

8. Not a fan. I do, however, enjoy country pate

Back in the late 90s I scheduled a very attractive French escort for the night. She brought some country pate for both of us and, with a decent St. Emillion, it (and she) was delicious.

13. I can't stomach any food that is "smooth"

So nothing mashed, or gooey like pudding. It all reminds me of swallowing phlegm.
