Wracking my brain trying to find interior doors

Ever since we rebuilt our house after the fire we have lacked one critical item: interior doors (except for the bathroom, that would be creepy). Our bedroom, and both of our offices have no doors. It's only the two of us, it never really mattered before. Now, however, with the new puppy coming, suddenly this has become an issue. We have maximized our space in a way that the only practical type of door that will work are the sliding barn door style.

I've been looking for a Japanese style almost shonji looking door that would fit a 30 x 80" opening that won't break the bank, but damned if I can find one. I need 3.

Anyone know a good source?

1. Order the rails and rollers and make the doors.

2. I've got the tracks ordered

And I do have almost 2000 board feet of hardwood in the garage. You may be on to something there. I've never built a door. I'm guessing there is a bit of a steep learning curve there.

3. If you have worked with wood on other projects this should be easy for you

First search and see if there are plans out there for what you want. If not draw some up.
